This is one of the more structured KB's i have had, with greater acid and a little less fruit bomby than the SC and RR. I think this was drinking ok, but i want to give my others another 2-4 years in the cellar. This still needs to evolve. Fruit is more on the spicy side, with clove, baking spice, a little cigar. This was a great wine with food.
Another fine bottle. Baking spice, dried fruit/herbs, with a slight floral scent. No heat but drank on the chilled side. Drank with a less expensive Sonoma coast pinot and the wife was able to discern the single vineyard from the blend...had some doubts after she said both were good...but the wife came through with confidence.
