Nicely early maturity champagne. Still mostly primary. Only the nose has some mature oxidative and mature notes. Strong acidity,solid fruit with light nutty component, great minerality. No need to hurry to drink up the rest.

light golden color. nose of honey, roasted nuts and apples. taste is candied apples, some caramel and honey notes. the bubbles envelop the tongue. great balance of acidity. could age another 20 years.
