(Ridge Syrah/Grenache Lytton Estate) Pre-release - dark red violet color; ripe plum, berry, cherry nose with a hint of herb, reminiscent of Chateauneuf du Pape from a ripe year; tasty, rich, tart black fruit, tart berry, black plum palate, a little tight yet but already showing well; medium-plus finish 92+ pts. (30-40% new oak; needs 3-5 years)

Holding up quite well. I can't say that this is fading at all yet. Integrated tannins. In the perfect drinking window with dark berry fruit. Very fine sediment at the very end and not much of it. Drink now and over the next few years.
