  This wine certainly represents the Cabernet Franc varietal in a very compelling and elegant way. Tonight, there is an abundance of elegant fruit combined with lovely subtle green tones, which disappears after some time in the glass. The palate is profoundly integrated and balanced. Tannins are present but well-behaved and feels like they are becoming more and more integrated as the wine opens up in the glass. This effort is certainly lovely and without the slightest doubt it deserves all the merit it can get.

  Molta intensità, buona complessità. Con un po' di affinamento si sono smussati gli eccessi e sono emerse le caratteristiche del territorio. Naso comunque opulento, ricco e maturo di confettura di frutta nera, alleggerita da sentori erbacei, ora comunque meno evidenti. L profondità è conferita da una certa balsamicità, liquirizia, caffè cioccolato e note tostate in genere. Al palato l'alcool si è fatto meno bruciante, i tannini "buoni" ci sono e si sentono, e il finale è piuttosto lungo.

  This wine just keeps impressing me. It superbly represents the Cabernet Franc varietal in a truly compelling and elegant way. Massive elegant fruit combined with subtle and adorable green tones, which seem to mellow as time passes. The palate is totally integrated and balanced. Still the tannins do speak up at the end, but in a pleasant way. This effort is truly impeccable and without the slightest doubt it represents very skilful winemaking.
