  Seems to be in a perfect spot right now at 10 years old. No premox here. The wine has added some color and richness/intensity of flavor since I last tried it back in 2012. It still has the ripping acidity, lighter body and lemon lime aromas and flavors from its youth but the palate is softer, broader and way more pleasurable now. There is also a touch of orange ginger and a very faint nuttiness on the transition to the finish. If anything, this bottle is less evolved and more well preserved than I expected. I’ll probably open my last bottle within the next year just because the wine is so good, but I could also wait another 4 years without worry.

  Los Sitios de Zaragoza (El Portal - Alicante): Density and taste with elegance. As simple as that. Excellent vintage.
  On the nose was multi-layered, presenting aromas of pear-like white fruit, varnish, spices. Very interesting for what it is.
  On the palate has tension, great density, a tame acidity, a good length and a delicious aftertaste. Too much for this range. Totally recommended.

  En nariz fue multicapa, presentando aromas a fruta blanca tipo pera, a barnices, a especias. Muy interesante para lo que es.
  En boca tiene tensión, gran densidad, una domada acidez, una buena longitud y un delicioso postgusto. Demasiado para este rango. Totalmente recomendado.
