  This was absolutely delicious. The color was still a light, pale yellow and didn't show any obvious signs of age. The nose and palate also belied its 11/12-year bottle age. The only giveaway was a delicious peach/stone fruit note amidst the lemon and jasmine notes. Absolutely delicious and in no sign of decline. Age these!

  This is still in fine shape. Time has turned this into a mellower version of its former self, but that's not bad. The flavors have deepend somewhat showing lemon, star fruit, and stone. Very tasty...drink up or hold if you like more mature flavors in your Bordeaux-style whites.

  Friends brought this to our 9/9/17 White Bordeaux tasting. It had a subtle, reserved bouquet of straw, guava, pear and citrus aromas. The palate was soft and subtle with flavors of guava, pear, lime and minerals. Our group’s average score was 90.2 points. We all agreed this was definitely on the decline.

  Pretty floral nose.
  Mouth coating texture, with green herbs and some spice (nutmeg I think). There is a strong minerality present which persists through a relatively long finish.
  This was paired with chicken rubbed with fennel pollen and thyme and was a perfect match.
  This is an elegant complex wine.
