Almost perfect Chablis. Large format (1.5l) definitely played role in keeping this absolutely fresh and pure. Rounded fruit, but absolutely no signs of any oxidation. Stunning!

An almost perfect bottle of Chablis. Still pale. Rounded nose but still fresh hints with the same impression of seamless elegance on the palate. Just the most subtle hint of oak delicious in the background.

(Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume Vignoble de Vaulorent) Sea air and citrus nose; tight, solid, rich essence of lemon and cream, with creamy texture, should age quite well; medium-plus finish 92+ pts.

Still pale yellow with no signs of age. Drinking beautifully with still excellent acidity. Wish i had more.
