Deep ruby color. Spice and violets on the nose and palate with some coffee on the finish. Only stand alone Petit Verdot I have ever had so my frame of reference is very limited.

PNP. Cork perfect. Color dark purplish garnet. Nose black and blue berry with spice. Swishing shows dense berry and dense sweet tannin. Finish med length but light weight. Sipping shows the great balance that the cab franc has, but the weight is lighter and while I hesitate to use the word delicate it is more so than its CF bro. Great stuff

Aged in French and American barriques for 12 months and for 4 months in French oak vats, 7,200 bottles produced. Saturated purple colour; nose of sweet cherries with hints of new oak and graphite, incense and spice; on the palate rich and creamy, flavoursome, resolutely modern but not without the structure and tannic grip you would expect from a Petit Verdot; very good aromatic persistence. Good wine, excellent QPR at € 12.
