  Very pale greenish-yellow, no signs of oxidation. On the nose - apple, lemon curd, hay (classic Chablis) some citrus and white flowers, flinty and smokey. A slight note of sulfur but more on the lit match side. The attack is firm, medium tartness, decent structure but hoped for more length. Very enjoyable and has elements to indicate a longer life but for me it is a little bit short. Drink now 2027

  After some air, quite complex aroma with candied citrus, beeswax and salt/sea. Good body, fresh acidity, lots of citrus in the finish. Still youthful.

  Pleasant and clean but lacking interest, texture or zing.... a bit lifeless even when served at correct temperature after a decant.
