Pop and Pour. Very light nose, red berries, strawberry. The palate was likewise light yet inviting. While there is a tad bit of earthiness and forest to the wine, the predominant experience is the fruit. At nearly 30 years old, this wine is still very alive and compelling. A light and delicate palate of red fruit, raspberry very light hints of pepper and spice. It's a truly beautiful drinking experience.

TWITS first official tasting (John G's): Light red color, fairly thin. Nose of maraschino cherries and cedar. Possibly some pine needles as well. Bright red fruits on the palate, with cherries, cedar, some other wood. Some iron or copper from the soil definitely having its impact on this wine. Very nice.
