According to the Vineyard, this bottle is one of the oldest known vintages available outside of the vineyard's collection. This wine has been peaked for sometime but may not be oxidized depending upon cork condition. An employee at Chateau Ste. Michelle recently found a bottle in his personal collection but discovered it had oxidized and was no longer drinkable. This bottle is valuable only in the sense that it is one of the earliest vintages that still exists for the Chateau Ste. Michelle vineyard. The bottle will remain unopened in my cellar in perpetuity.
