WineGavel Tasting (San Francisco Wine Center): Lovely clear color, pure expression of raspberry; palate is juicy but simpler than other littorai pinots that I've had; medium-length finish. 90-91

Anderson Valley Pinot is just gorgeous....at least when it's coming from this bottle. Bundy decanted for a while, but the wine contiued to really build steam an extra hour into aeration. Plenty of structure here and also simply tasty strawberry flavor.

we popped another one this weekend. my wife bought me some Riedel Burgundy Somms. so we popped the les larmes. again, dry strawberries and cherries, minerals (iron as Jaimetown said). initially smoky but after a while in the decanter the dry fruit comes out. has the backbone to last, but i am really enjoying these. really benefits from some time in the glass/decanter.
these glasses are huge!!!! they really do aid in giving air to the wine. felt like i was drinking out of a fish bowl.

Black cherry, pomegranate, smoke. Just enough tannin and acid to keep lively, ready and tasty. B+

One of the best pinots I've had in a long time. Tasted cherries, strawberries and cola. Wow!
