  From magnum. Medium garnet.
  
  Dried and stewed red and black fruits on the nose.
  
  Gorgeous mature yet still fresh Shea fruit on the palate. Spice and pepper with leather. Lovely acid and medium tannins. Not complicated, just right.

  Drank for Thanksgiving with the Schroth clan, guess I missed a tasting note. I remember it drinking wonderfully, fully mature, and a crowd pleaser.

  Drunk after opening 1.5 hours earlier. A nice aged Pinot. Limited complexity but very pleasant. Still very decent on Day 2

  From magnum. Stewed cherries, chocolate, balsamic, eucalyptus and funk on the nose. Ripe red fruits, earth, leather and white pepper in the palate, with medium acid and a lengthy finish. Quintessential WV, quintessential KW, quintessential Shea vineyard. Spectacular now with years left. 94.
