  Vanilla and lime on the nose with a touch of brioche. But the wine is way more complex than its initial presentation suggests. Delicious and utterly captivating. I could consume a lot of this.

  from 375. Off dry but much more rich than sweet. Enough acidity. At least from 375, would think this is a good time to drink.

  Ripe apples on the nose. Sweeter than expected on the palate, a lot more so than say a Trimbach or even a Zind Humbrecht Riesling, though this wine is 8 years old now, so any austere edges will be smoothed off I think.
  
  Off dry then, maybe lacking the length and complexity of finish of some other Weinbach wines I've had, but still a very enjoyable bottle. Will see if a day's opening makes a difference with the last two glasses.
