  Still drinking very well with notes of apple, apricot, minerals with excellent balance and the right amount of acidity. Paired with spicy grilled chicken thighs.

  There is a great PMK note fr 2016 that nails it - feels both dry and sweet at the same time. Still very fresh w nice acidity and a long finish. Great with smoked chicken legs.

  This wine continues to drink well. Notes similar to last bottle in 2018, apricot, honeysuckle, pear; nice balance with good acidity and medium finish. Paired nicely with spicey grilled chicken thighs diavolo.

  Very nice Riesling with notes of honey suckle, pear, apricot with good acidity and long finish.

  It is fruit - but its sweet its pear its apple its mellon and it is very much honey - medium acidity but also a high level of sugar - especially early in your mouth - I think the balance is perfect and integration is just something Weinbach is a master of doing. Long after taste. Really a wine with character - big 93.
