  Initially showed pronounced VA on nose and palate but the wines remains pleasantly drinkable, even more so after 24 hours, however the slide downhill was more pronounced after 48 hours.

  Cracking cracker cracklinathon. Oak matured. Vanilla overtones. Smooth as silk from silk road in silk ville. Was worried it could be overdone but as opened and poured could tell this was reaching heights. High heights. Above normal high. Higher than normal. Higher higher and higher.

  Har stått sig väldigt bra med mycket frukt och lång eftersmak. Men jag gillar inte den där sältan och den koncentrerade smaken. Som att slicka i sig balsamvinäger. Lever inte heller riktigt upp med mat.

  Smak: Frukt - röda bär - jordgubbar, hallon, något kokta, hallonvinäger. Torkad frukt katrinplommon. Fat - kaffe.
  Textur/balans/bubblighet: Lite hal.
  Eftersmak: Medel + med en tydlig sälta.
  
  SLUTSATSER
  Kvalitet: Bra.
  Drickabilitet: Perfekt nu, går att spara ett antal år till.
  Geografi: McLaren Vale.
  Pris: 200 spänn då.

  Great nose. Resolved, with secondary character that hints at a bit of meat / game. On the palate, well balanced though little remaining structure. This is a drink now wine.

  garnet. Nose had a cross between bottle stink and cherry/blackberry. The stink settled down with airing but never fully left. very Oz syrah but with a restraint. Taste was a more mellow syrah. Nice.
