Consumed 375 bottle. Opened took about 5 minutes to open up. Fruit open, no noticable tannin, 10 second after taste. Color is slightly changing. I suspect it is drink up time.

A bit delicate, and a touch earthy. Not much structure left unless you really aerate with sip - did we wait too long? The fruit is very subtle, making me wish for a bit more of the fruit-forwardness of something like a La Crema. Still enjoyable, but maybe not $28 worth, especially in comparison to less expensive Saintsburys.
Had with steak fajitas, easy on the spice this time.

Garnet red. Barnyard, herb nose. Nice integration of oak, can even detect it in 4th day. Fruit is well harmonized by acid and tannin, very enjoyable, pure and enough complexity even after few days in vacuumed bottle.

The Pinot fan in the group loved it. For the others, it was good, but lacking something. Nose was very nice cherry cola and herbs (hitns of thyme and sage). Flavor continued the same as the nose, with some oakiness kicking in. Finish was smooth, but not enough tannins to make it long enough. Sound Pinot, but not outstanding.

Here was a nice surprise - gamey, sappy pinot nose, full on the palate, quite sweet and pure, not complex, but a very pretty pinot wine
