  200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Lighter palate than the two Engels before it. More linear, good aromas, precise, cured meat, a bit too light and strict on the palate for a higher score though.

  Really excellent. Drank with duck and a few veggies.
  The wine looks brick colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like forest floor. It tastes like meaty. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
