  In a perfect place. Medium to full bodies, fine tannins, well balanced and great flavor. Near peak, but plenty of life left here.

  Very refined at this stage. Blackberry, cassis, pencil shavings and sweet oak. Refined grain tannins, reflecting aging. Wonderful to experience how aging reduces fruit forwardness and softens the tannin. Recommend drinking now. Not sure it would benefit (and could possibly diminish) from additional aging.

  Deep red center, red rim with some signs of age.
  Sweet, cassis, briarwood, pipe tobacco.
  Smooth and rich, plummy and black cherries, some blackberry notes, smokey oak, supporting tannin and acidity, nice length.
  Very well made cabernet, mountain fruit, still very Napa, drinking very well now.
