Low shoulder fill. No signs of recent seepage, but given the age of the bottle...
Fairly deep color with some obvious browning.
nose dominated by soy and vinegar. Not much to enjoy here, but surely not a representative bottle.
The texture suggests that a better kept bottle could be quite enjoyable.
