Beautiful salmon color. PnP. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, minerals, spice and brioche. Still has plenty of flavor with strawberry, raspberry, spice, minerals and brioche. Great balance and finish. Maturing very nicely.

Lively and classy, with an inviting bouquet of peaches, Cuties, raspberries, and brioche. Crisp, energetic, and tensile on the palate. Wisps of minerality, an infinitesimal bead, and lime citrus acidity keep it youthful, prickly, and fresh, while bottle age gives it depth and complexity. A hint of brine laces the sultry finish. A charming sparkler.

This continues to be one of my favorite mid-priced rose sparkling wines, and in my opinion it is as good or better than many others going for twice the price.
Served very cold from an ice bath. Plenty of effervescence on opening. Fine bubble streams - long lasting. Blush pink, light salmon color. A fair amount of yeast. Great fruit - strawberry, apple, perhaps some tropical fruit. Medium, appropriate acid. Light alcohol. Light-plus sweet - brut. Excellent balance overall. A 2008, and definitely drinking very well with no signs of fading at this point.

Nicely balanced and floral, one could say "expected" for a Rose. The 33% Chard seemed prominent, but...eh. Really fine with Chicken piccata. $15 from the Heritage auction...huge win for several Schramberg bottles.

Very good. I picked this over J Schram 2007 Rose.
