  I agree with JD6725's tasting note of June 11 2020. Looks good, smells good, but disjointed and lost its youth.

  Nose of a good white burg, taste closer to a high alcohol cali chard. Calmed down a bit after an hour in the glass but still always seemed a bit disjointed. Great golden color, but just none of that youth that I still taste in good white burgs of the same age.

  12 Days of Christmas - 2018; 12/21/2018-1/1/2019 (NYC, Vermont, Lake Placid): From the wine list at Maggie’s Pub at the Lake Placid Lodge. Excited to see a reasoanably priced bottle with some age on it on the list. Paired with tomatoe bisque and a pressed chicken and avocado sandwich for lunch. This is in a great drinking window but probably time to open these in the next few years. Starting to develop some oxidative notes of honey and nuts which we enjoyed, bit the stone fruit is a bit less primary now. We enjoyed this.

  That funk I tend to like and complex palate. light bodied. Impressive finish. My first bottle. Consume now but still peak drinking.

  Mineral and fragrant with a great mouth feel, but could use a little acid. Complex enough to keep me interested all evening. Drink now for a nice focused package or perhaps wait a couple of years.
