  Found a last bottle in the fridge. Rich, moderate bodied, wonderful nose. Drinking well.

  Initial almost complete lack of aroma. Very subtle strawberry aroma eventually developed - less than I demand. After a day vacuum sealed, the wine opened more and now distinct strawberry, bread and a note of banana maybe? In the mouth it's now like a note of apple juice. Nice acid. Taste lingers. I now want more bottles.

  Not just for summertime, but wonderful to enjoy on the back deck while waiting for the BBQ coals to heat up. Light, refreshing, crisp with watermelon and even a slight hint of citrus somewhere in the mix. Easy to drink, great personality.
