  Truly a once in a lifetime (though I hope not) experience. Seriously, this is a perfect wine. Color? Luminescent light gold. Acid? Fresh as a 15 year old wine Taste? Like chewing on a freshly blooming piece of honeysuckle, the crisp sweetness of the flower enveloping your mouth. Length? Hmm, 6 hrs later and I feel as though I can still taste it.
