  Wow - what an excellent bottle of wine. We did not try it in its youth, but this was still vibrant and very full. Not over the hill, but finish might be slightly thinner than it would have been. Still a great blend of fruit with tertiary flavors. Great with a grilled fillet and mushrooms - really helped express the deeper flavors.

  Not as concentrated or powerful as the last bottle, but still interesting. Dark fruits with spice and pepper medium body. On this bottle, have to disagree with RP

  Still a fantastic wine.
  Dark fruit up front and maddive sage and cedar on the back. Finishes for minutes. Went perfectly with a thick mediumrare porterhouse steak

  Luis goes to Cahill Bistro: BELLISSIMO's bottle, and I agree with him that I didn't know or notice the 16% alcohol. To me a WA100 score is the kiss of death, but this bottle was pretty stellar. Maybe if'd KNOWN it was WA100 I'd feel differently? :) This was savory and earthy, with so much complexity. It had a Spanish profile, a bit big and rugged, even though the fruit was polished.
