While living on the edge when I opened it at home by the time I reopened it at the restaurant it was clear it had aged drastically and deepened in color alarmingly. A bit of honeysuckle after a few hours was pleasant but not enough to rescue the bottle. Low acidity and flabby. So sad.

Wow. This is seriously good. I’ve had the joy of following this wine for 5-6 years and each one has been fantastic.
Mineral and lots of salinity. Flinty. Complex. Great tension.
Very complex. Great balance. Very Perrieres. This is an almost quiet wine that deserves your full attention.
Top 5 white wine this year for me.

Needed a little air and to come up a bit in temperature. Almost at peak age, slightly oxidized, still youthful with strong presence in the glass. Such a treat.

The last time I had this wine was 2019 and it was my white wine of the year. Generously brought to a dinner by @ftbernie. I still remember the energy and intensity of the wine.
Still showing is equally good. But in a more balanced way. The palate has developed a creaminess and balance. Still showing great acidity and energy. Amazing salinity and minerality on the palate. Very complex with a long finish.
