  First of 6. Excellent nose, very good mouth and length. High pitched citrus and seashell notes. Talcy. More ethereal than full bodied, it still seems ethereal. Yum. Better cold.

  Tasted over 3 hrs
  -translucent pale gold-green
  -mild reduction lemon sea breeze
  -med+ acidity, med weight intensely sappy mineral saline faint lemon, great length
  -outstanding display of Chablis typicity, very fresh for a decade old with the only hint of age being a lack of fruit, the best of 4 bottles tasted over the past 6 years
