  Strong fruit first with a nice spicy finish. Th nose is so large that ads for nose jobs have spontaneously started scrolling at the foot of this page. We've opened a bottle of this vintage once a year since 2012. The first was so delicious and so young and fruity it made me think of welch's grape jelly. This year it's definitely matured a bit, with the flavors more blended with one another. I would not call it mellow, though - perhaps in another 5 years. Enjoyed after a day of spring skiing on fast natural snow.
