  Absolutely incredible. 25 years old, and still kicking!
  Acidity is still bright & shining. Tannins have mostly resolved, but there is still just enough to show they’re present.
  
  Unreal how that Viader Liquid Cashmere nose of perfumed violets, candied dates and cassis evolves and matures with time. The taste is incredible - red plum, cassis, leather, tobacco, and some mature mountain herbs. It drinks more like Bordeaux than it does Napa
  
  This was quite a magical experience, as I’ve never had a wine more than 20 years old AND Viader’s Liquid Cashmere is arguably my favorite wine across multiple vintages. So glad we decided to open this one now, as the days are getting numbered.

  Still very nice although I felt it was much closer to the edge of the cliff than the bottle I had a couple of months ago. Drink up

  Drinking well for its age and enjoyed. Still plenty of fruit, some nice development of flavors, chocolate, coffee, mint. I would buy again at the right price (under 60)

  Very impressive. Smooth dark fruit, a hint of chocolate, long finish, elegant, but with a hint of richness. Drinking beautifully.
