  Aged well, leathery, but acidic. Love these Ridge wines.

  Love letting these ATP selections age a bit. Leather, resin and cherry compote followed by bruised raspberries and some menthol. Lacked some depth but still mouth-coating and pleasurable. Drink now. Paired nicely with chicken burgers with zatar, mint, and garlic.

  Fruit as mellowed, tastes of the earth with spice notes. One of the favorites from the Ridge Carignane flight tasting.

  Tasted like a nine year old Carignane. Still had some fruit left but past its prime. Dry, dusty, bramble, black fruits. Drink up!
