I probably should not have expected much from a 17 y.o. Pinot but found it in my cellar. The Pinot was drinkable (not objectionable), but had an extremely light color and consistency which most likely reflects being "way past prime".

- Ruby color. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry with a medium body with a medium finish - Drank at Christmas dinner. Was terrific. Was expecting it to be past due, but still had plenty of fruit. Glad I still have half a case left.

Not the expected entry level, fruit/kool aid driven wine. Dark and earthy. Drinks VERY well.
