  deep red with slight brick edges - smoky cherry nose with cassis background - very full mouth with abundant red fruit flavors (cherries, plumbs)- tannins fully resolved and beautifully mature balance of complex flavors - long lasting finish - I really enjoyed this 25-year old wine - no one should doubt the ability of well-made Aussie cabs to go the distance!
