  Un côté fumé au nez, puis ressort la griotte et de la violette. Fondu, assez fin, pas le plus long et complexe mais délicieux.

  Dégustation verticale du Domaine Charvin (La Caverne de Collin): Ouvert la veille, le bouchon laissé sur la bouteille. Un traitement idéal.
  
  Nez très parfumé, voire fumé, avec des violettes et un peu d’anis. La bouche est très fraîche, avec presque des allures de pinot!! Le vin est jeune, plus droit qu’à l’habitude, avec un joli fruité. Bien succulent! Un Côte du Rhône exceptionnel et un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. 91 pts

  Un côte du rhône qui, à l'aveugle, pourrait passer pour un mini chateauneuf-du-pape. Fondu avec des notes de fruits noirs. Long et harmonieux. J'adore. 91 sur 100.

  Typically around 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre, 5% Carignan. Charvin's Cotes du Rhone has a great reputation as on a par with some grower's CdP. I was slightly disappointed with this. It's ready to drink and I think will last. I was hoping for a little more length, interest and complexity.
