  • Phil : un rouge évolué, qui m'évoque de suite un Châteauneuf du Pape évolué, me rappelant ceux que j'ai eu la chance de goûter, comme Guigal 1981 ou les Cailloux 1976 ou 1983, de mémoire. Robe grenat, évoluée sur les bords, encore brillante.Nez superbe, "Reynaud" à l'ouverture, qui a évolué ensuite pour dévoiler sa personnalité propre. J'adore les épices, la douceur et le fruit transcendé ! Qu'est-ce que c'est bon un CNDP à maturité : Châteauneuf Chante Le Merle 1990 du Bosquet des Papes. Jolie longueur, difficile de recracher.Bel accord avec le filet de veau.

  • was not enamored with this wine. rather thin and early swallows suggested that it was past peak. there was fruit left but i should have finished off a few years back.
