  An eclectic night (Trapet, Duroché, Yquem,...) (Tøyen, Oslo): Slow-oxed 5 hours
  
  Essence of class with tropical fruits, honey and just a bevy of mild spices.
  
  Palate is so broad and smooth, yet never heavy, and the length is epic.

  From half bottle. Paired beautifully with frozen chocolate mousse. Golden color, some amber notes, nose of peaches, pineapples, orange zest, caramel, honey. Fat on the palate with the acidity infusing delicious freshness into this medium to full bodied sweet wine. Very long perfumed finish.

  A gorgeous Yquem. So balanced with amazing freshness and acid to its decedent, honeyed and floral layers. Still young of course, but already a stunner.

  Dette er dessertvinen med en utrolig kompleksitet og fylde, som dufter av kandiserte aprikos, tørket sviske, ferske multer, overmodne epler, karamell og nøtter og som samtidig er frisk og har en absurd lang lengde. Det er bare å bøye seg i hatter for denne vinen med sin intensitet, balanse og eleganse!
