Tasty golden delicious apple notes straight out of the orchard off set by some herbaceous lavender and rosemary. Long finish. Mouth coating. Really good for an old chard.

Ripe stone fruit, some organic earth notes. Butter, cream, cocont, vanilla. Really nice right now; but don't age it any more.
