I wasn't sure what to expect from a screw top Sangiovese but was pleasantly suprised. A nicely spiced fruit with a long spiced finish. Will try this again for a $10.00 wine.

Bonny Doon Vineyards, located just a little ways from our home in Santa Cruz, produces many different wines. All bottled under screwcap and all quite unique. Look at their website and you'll see what I mean. This is a great wine to bring to your next family picnic. A fruity kool-aid with alcohol. Lot's of fun and easy to enjoy.

Cherry, on the verge of sweet. Maybe a little too much sweet and not enough austerre fruit.

Very fruity, big cherry and prune. Definitely American style.

Pleasant fruityness, with the hint of sourness typical of Sangiovese. S really loved it. A good wine for $15.
