For the second time in a few years, tasting partner fooled me into thinking a bottle of this was burgundy! Very floral, roses and violets; succinct, fresh and delicate. No garrigue, no character of Rhône varietals. Easily passes for burgundy. 92+

Tasted blind: Bricky color of age; beautiful nose of aged red burgundy but the palate doesn't match up(?) Wonderful surprise to see what it was. Guessed the vintage right but entirely wrong region of France!

Really enjoyable. After a first bottle that was quite tired, this one was a fully mature and integrated wine that was really enjoyable.

Over the hill. Fruit has all dissipated, but the tertiary components are hollowed out. Not very enjoyable.
