Amazingly this wine is still not ready. I opened it Friday at lunch time and now 36 hours later I am tasting about a glass worth left in the bottle with a cork and it is actually still opening up. When I had it first there was a lot of acidity with tannins masking some of the fruit. It is a big dense super concentrated wine with great complexity. Inky dark color with some Ruby to the edges. Mineral, earth, plum, Flint on the bouquet. Pallet staining concentration. Flavors of Earth, minerals, cedar, tobacco. Very complex but yet it has probably more to reveal with time. I'm in no rush to try the next bottle of this. One of the best kosher bordeau ever made.

96+. Dark purple color with no signs of lightening. Smoke cedar, leather, pencil, plum, earth bouquet. Dense compact concentrated tight with mountains of fruit hidden by a wall of tannins and structure. Good fruit with smoke, leather, tobacco, cedar, graphite, lead pencil. Tannic and tight. Long finish. Just starting to give a glimpse of its greatness. One of the best kosher Bordeaux I've tried. Just staring to be drinkable, but still too young. Retry in 2023. Likely best from 2023-2033, possibly longer. Impressively built

Outstanding wine. Powerful and explosive. Still youthful with strong acid and a solid core of tannins, the color of the wine doesnt show sign of age and no sediment in this bottle. High complexity, volume and depth and a long intense finish. The tannins are still gripping and a bit drying. My opinion is this wine entered his drinking window but still not at maturity.

Purple black color, Gorgeous bouquet of dark spices, flower, pencil lead, and licorice, with cassis and dark fruits in the background. wonderful weight on the palate, with still firm and gripping tannins. The concentration and structure of this wine are outstanding. profound and focused, this wine is still insanely youthful.

Deep, youthful dark garnet towards purple showing multiple layers of fascinating complexity on both the nose and palate as the wine slowly but elegantly opens up. The nose features concentrated notes of freshly picked black currants, blackberries, roasted herbs, luxurious cigars, pencil shavings as well as floral notes such as dried rose petals and violets. Full-bodied with great fruit extraction, the wine graces the palate with on first attack ripe black fruit, roasted herbs, a delicate touch of green with bell pepper and tobacco leaves followed on the mid-palate by graphite, bittersweet licorice, a touch of spice with well-balanced acidity and an intense, powerful tannic structure providing an impressively muscular, robust and mind-blowing backbone, unexpected hints of leather with almost sweet black forest fruits and distinctive notes of the finest swiss dark chocolate (think Lindt 85% cocoa) melting in the mouth on the long, luscious and (dare I say) orgasmic finish. This is a wine that IMHO can age and develop further with easily 8-10 more years if not even longer than that. 13% Abv. Drink 2023-2035, likely longer. 97
