  2006 와인이 이정도로 좋을지 알았다면 처음부터 곱게 땄으면 손이 안다치지 않았을까 싶다.
  결론부터 말하자면 이정도 가격애에서 이렇게까지 좋은 와인이 있었나 싶을 정도로 좋았던 와인.
  물론 볼륨의 한계가 없는 것은 아니나 그 한계의 극까지 가본 와인이 아닐지.
  
  코에서는 아주 명쾌한 삼나무 계열의 오크향과 톡 쏘는듯한 민트가 느겨진다.
  이어서 감초와 같은 향신료도 나는데 이건 지배적이라기 보다는 은은하게 퍼지는 거셍 가깝다.
  마지막에는 달달한 연유향도 나긴 하는데 이것 역시 달콤한 것만 있는게 아니라 가죽향과 동시에 나는 것에 가깝다.
  
  입에서는 오키함이 가장 먼저 다가오고 과실미가 있기는 하나 마치 건포도를 씹는 맛에 가깝다.
  이어서 미디엄~풀 사이의 바디감과 새콤할 정도의 산도가 느껴진다.
  음식과 나쁜 조합은 아니나 음식보다는 와인을 먼저 즐겨볼 것을 권장한다.

  From a warmer than textbook cellar reaching 18-19°C in summer. Still darkly coloured and with a masculine tannic structure and medium to high acidity. Complex nose and palate with currants, pencil shavings, terpenoid notes, tobacco, cedar and forest floor. Galloni in 2010 gave it 92 points with a drinking window till 2026. 5/13/17/10. -2038+ in a textbook cellar.

  14% abv. Cabernet Sauvignon 90% and Sangiovese/Merlot blended. Big and bold. Now sweet spot to drink.

  Brought to Good Luck for dinner with Eyal. This bottle was fantastic; great from the first pour and only got better with air. Still some tannic structure, and these should still last years. But delicious to drink now, and very versatile with food. Tremendous
