A bit on the sweet side and overpriced in a restaurant where I bought it. Okay, but there are better sparklers in the same price range. Produced in Healdsburg, not Napa Valley.

13.8% abv 52% Pinot Noir; 48% Chardonnay No Vintage but "31st BOTTLING." Beginning in 2022 Mirabelle started designating the bottling number. The 31st bottling consists of 78% 2019 vintage with rest selected from previous vintages.
Served well-chilled (6c/43f) with Christmas Dinner. Nice light pale pink in the glass. Nose of Strawberry. Small, fine bubbles. Just a hint of sweetness. Crisp and Refreshing with a pleasant, lingering finish.

Never a fan of this and this one does not change my mind. Can't believe this is $30 and features strawberry, minerals and spice. Needs more acidity and pales in comparison to their vintage wines.

Really similar to the Schramsberg brut rose, but less refined.
Nose: Strawberries, toast.
Palate: Strawberries, toast, cream, green apple. Medium+ acid, really fine bubbles, medium+ finish, medium body, just a bit of tannin. The sugar level is a little too high IMO, needs a little more acid to balance, but otherwise a really good value for $25 bubbles.
