Clean and crisp, lemony, citrus, a thin bead but great acidity. Enjoyable.

The wine has matured wonderfully. It is elixir. Ethereal body with nice acidity and some yeastiness.
Great nose, light gold colour, refined mousse, medium intensity on the palate, long finish. Great to drink now and will probably improve if you choose to age it further. An excellent champagne!
At Le Provencale with my NPsNo formal TNs but Showed well
