The Del Rio Viognier is a silvery light yellow wine with pear, nuts and flowers on the nose. The palate is very light, with a restrained fruit with hints of lemon and other citrus fruits that is fresh and well balanced to the acidic middle. The finish is quite long for such a light wine, tasty and refreshing.

Pale straw. Another fine Southern Oregon Viognier value. Bread and pear on the nose with decent extraction on a mid-weight palate. A touch hot, but some flowers, mineral and citrus come through. I'd go with the CraterLake Cellars 2009 Viognier for a better So. Oregon experience. Both are a good start to the region.
