  The wine is clear and golden colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like apple and honey. The body is light/medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity. The wine is tasting extremely well at near room temperature.

  Last bottle; a wonderful expression of an affordable, great tasting, high quality CA Chardonnay. This "Big California" style may not appeal to everyone. Fairly consistent from vintage to vintage. Drinking at peak, but should last for another 1-2 years.
