Overwhelming aroma of burnt matchheads (sulphur). Undrinkable honestly, wasnt going to serve it to my guest, so opened a nice pic poul de pinet instead.

21 g / L RS. Harvested almost at the same time as the sec it just comes from a plot where they end up with that much more maturity. This is at 12 and the Sec is at 11% alcohol. So these are by far the riper grapes.
Yet still has the saline character of the sec, the acidity, the freshness, the interset. Again, works well at $16.

No formal notes or score, but not memorable or worth seeking out again.

5 g/L sugar. No malolactic. Quite a bit of minerality, some saltinss on the finish. As a sec. holds well together at $16.
