Highly concentrated and complex, aged 40-42 months in 100% new oak. Whole cluster fermentation most vintages.
La Mouline: 89% Syrah, 11% Viognier. 1 ha vineyard in Cote Blond. Most elegant and floral of the 3.
La Turque: 93% Syrah, 7% Viognier. 1 ha vineyard in Cote Brune. Middle LaLaLa. Need more cellartime than LM.
La Landonne: 100% Syrah, vineyard in the northern part of the appellation. Darkest fruit and toughest tannins among the 3, need most cellartime.
