  At 13 years post vintage this is evolving really nicely with Oyster shell, lemon peel, lime and some nice minerally notes. Palate feel remains full with nice silky layers, apple and a slight lychee note. Balanced lovely Chablis at maturity.

  What a lovely, classic Chablis drinking well now but with plenty of life left ahead. Lemon, lime, oyster, and a little white flower dominate the nose and I like the counterpoint the acid plays to the generously-textured body. Its best years are probably still ahead.
