Great red fruit structure with ample, dusty tannins that demand a steak... and we obliged.

Bordeaux like in structure. Red cherry, a little earth, and smooth mouthfeel. Long dry finish. Would make a very nice food wine.

Chocolate, plum, and pecan on the nose. Dry, but not tannic. Needs aging, but OK to drink now with a beef pairing.
