  Mineral notes of granite, cold rock and smoke, fruit of white peach all layered on a base of herbal, spicy notes which tickle the nose. Incredibly fresh palate with smoky complexity and a creamy texture. Amazingly aged, yet still youthful and fresh. This is now bang in the prime drinking window.
