Well within its drinking window. Dark fruit, roses, and earth. An acidic punch on the finish. It lingers and it is delicious.

Strawberries, cherries, a bit of underwood, and spices on the nose. The palate had a good amount of tannins with more red cherries, fruit, and earth flavors. Nice finish. Very good wine that could use another 5-10 years to be at its best. Really enjoyable now, though.

Consistent with my note from a year ago, this is in a peak window with plenty of room to go. Lovely fruit, florals and earth with impeccable balance.
